BEAUTIFUL END

Up to now in my life, I think I’ve fought quite hard

I have started to think somebody must have marked my card

In life. you get some good & maybe some bad

Well I’ve got to say, I’ve definitely had enough of the bad I’ve had

Ok , I’ve certainly had some good times, this I must admit 

But I’m craving the good, please can I have some more of it

Don’t get me wrong , I have much to be thankful for & I love my life 

But I ask you, I could definitely do without some of the pain & strife

I must have done something to deserve these things I’ve been given 

Maybe that’s why, I’m on a mission now, and I feel quite driven

I think sometimes, I really suffer & that Ive got it quite rough 

But it has made me into, someone who’s quite strong & tough

So maybe I have been given these things in my life to see how I cope 

And this is how I deal with them, with strength, plenty of fight & hope 

You never know if there’s a miracle, just around the bend

To take all my pain, & cure me. Now wouldn’t that be a beautiful end
